Logitech Tap Scheduler 2 is a next-generation scheduling panel that makes finding and booking meeting rooms effortless. Mounted outside any space, its anti-glare 10.1-inch 1920 × 1200 touchscreen displays room availability and meeting details at a glance, while high-visibility LED lights show whether a room is free, even from down the corridor. A radar motion sensor wakes the screen as people approach, saving energy when idle. Compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Robin, Appspace and Logitech Room Booking, it runs on a single PoE cable, works with existing Tap Scheduler mounts and is managed centrally via Logitech Sync for easy deployment.
