Stock Status Guide

In Stock – The item is available in our warehouse, with our retail partners, or at a supplier’s warehouse where we have a direct-ship arrangement (based on the latest inventory data).

Low stock - 3 or less units are available, stock is not guaranteed when placing an order due to possible human error with stock counts. your order will be refunded immediately if we cannot guarantee stock.

No Stock - we currently have no stock, but we may display an ETA for replenishment

Yes, you will be sent an automated company invoice for your order

Delivery costs are shown after you enter your postcode at checkout. Standard delivery is based on the size and weight of your items, as well as your location.

If you’re in a regional area and we can’t ship to your postcode, our team can organise a custom shipping quote. Just email us at sales@nextav.com.au

If you're outside Brisbane or Gold Coast area, contact us with your location and we’ll recommend trusted local installers.

Our sister company, Pro AV Solutions QLD, can also professionally install any equipment purchased from the Next AV website.

Delivery drivers often work on tight schedules and may not be able to carry heavy items to your door. If you’re expecting a large or heavy delivery, please ensure someone is available to help receive it. In some cases, you may need to assist the driver in unloading the item from their vehicle.

No, Pro AV Techstore is exclusively a Business to business provider and only delivers to business addresses

Yes, our delivery drivers will call the provided mandatory site contact before arriving at your companies address


if you think your order may be lost, please email our team as soon as possible and we will work with the delivery provider to find it's location. If the order cannot be found after 14 days, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Once your order ships, standard delivery times apply and specific days or times cannot be guaranteed. Carriers operate between 9 am and 5 pm on business days. If you’re not home, a card will be left with instructions on how to receive your order.

Once you have received a notification to advise your order has shipped, the following standard transit times apply*:

QLD Metro Cities - 1-2 business days

QLD and NT regional Cities - 2-3 business days

Rural QLD and NT locations - 3 - 5 business days

Open Box Specials are products that have been removed from their packaging, including ex-demo units or customer returns. All open box products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. For more information, please contact our sales team.

B-stock refers to items where the box has been slightly damaged. but there is no damage to the product. B-stock items still come with full manufacturer warranty.
