The Jabra LINK 14201-16 is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter designed to provide remote call control between compatible Jabra wireless headsets and Cisco Unified IP Phones. It eliminates the need for a mechanical handset lifter, allowing users to answer, end, mute, and control calls directly from their wireless headset while away from their desk. The adapter is ideal for contact centres, offices, and business environments using Cisco desk phones and Jabra DECT wireless headsets.
